On today's episode of Meal Prep Sundays, I bring Dr.Love to give you some insight on a simple meal prep hack you can utilize:

Start with rice and beans
Steam some veggies
Chop up a salad
Take the leavings of the salads (skins of the fruits and veggies) and save until the end of the week.
Take a big pot put those in it on low heat for 3 hours, let it simmer, jaw it up and save them in jars to use as soup
Put everything on a ziplock back sunday afternoon so that when you come home from work, you can just steam it
Is rice and beans good or bad for you?
