What is Meditation? And How to do it | Part 2 | Top New Year Resolutions 2020

According to google, meditation is the act of meditating. Meditating is thinking deeply or to focus one's mind for a period of time, in silence or with the aid of chanting, for religious or spiritual purposes or as a method of relaxation.

My definition of meditating is experiencing deeply and letting the mind be still as you experience your being and everything around you.
