What they didn’t tell you about Nature’s Connection to MENTAL HEALTH

We talk about the importance of Mental Health, We talk about the importance of exercise and eating right but we ignore the talk about being in nature; sun-bathing and getting vitamin D. What I am saying is that we need at least 10-20 minutes of sunlight a day; the best time to do is early in the morning because the sun is rising, the oxygen is rich and its a great time to start your day. So think about getting some sunlight, actually don't think, GO DO.
